Looking for an easy way to Level Up!<\/em> accessibility in your online course? Join us for a four\u2011week challenge, starting March 2,<\/strong> designed to make accessibility improvements simple and doable\u2014one small step at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works<\/strong>: Each week, you’ll receive two short prompts <\/strong>with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. a quick overview of one accessibility<\/strong> topic, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. a bite\u2011sized action <\/strong>you can complete in minutes, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. recommendations for planning ahead for next semester<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Whether you\u2019re new to accessibility or already familiar, the Challenge offers practical wins that fit your schedule, as well as the opportunity to earn a certificate for successful completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The challenge is open to CUNY SPS faculty and staff, and you can sign up by enrolling in the Level Up! <\/em>Accessibility Challenge Brightspace site<\/a>. The site will open on March 2, but sign up now to join!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are having any difficulty with the direct link to the Challenge Brightspace site, you may also follow these instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    First, from the Brightspace home page, select Discover<\/strong>. If you don\u2019t see the Discover option, it may be in the More<\/strong> menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Next, in the list of courses, look for \u201cCUNY SPS Accessibility Challenge March 2026\u201d or search for any part of the title. The display and search may take a few seconds. Select the course once it appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
