To begin the process, please complete the Confidential Accommodations Request Form, where you can securely upload your supporting documentation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CUNY Accommodate:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUNY Accommodate is the online system used by all CUNY students to manage their disability services.
