If you\u2019d like to <strong>continue using your OpenLab account as an alum<\/strong>, follow these simple steps to transition to a non-CUNY email and retain access to your projects, portfolio, and collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Request Access to Your Alumni Account<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fill Out the CUNY SPS OpenLab Alumni Request Form<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd5D-Q8-qCBh_a-PYNBf4WGtq82NSxbKNI0hFWEKfvIkGMIMw\/viewform\">Access the Alumni Request Form here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your details, including your <strong>full name, EMPLID, and new email address<\/strong> where you\u2019d like to receive alumni access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Update &amp; Password Reset<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your request is processed, your OpenLab account will be switched to the <strong>new email address you provided<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll receive instructions to reset your password so you can log in directly through <strong>WordPress (without CUNY single sign-on).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logging in as an Alumni<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After updating your password, use your new email and login credentials to access OpenLab <strong>without single sign-on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Need Help?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out to the OpenLab Team at <strong><a href=\"mailto:openlab@sps.cuny.edu\">openlab@sps.cuny.edu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep exploring, creating, and collaborating.
