\nDescription<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As AI use has become increasingly prevalent in teaching and learning, faculty are considering how to adapt their courses to harness its potential while maintaining academic integrity and fostering deep learning. CUNY SPS faculty participants in this fellowship will examine AI\u2019s impact on pedagogy, assessment, and student engagement. Participants will review current practices and develop a project to integrate or manage AI use in their courses or programs. While some projects may incorporate the use of AI tools in the classroom, other potential projects could modify coursework to account for AI\u2019s impact, create materials around the appropriate uses of AI, educate students about AI, or develop methods for faculty to use AI for teaching, among other possibilities. Participants will also share their project experiences with other faculty and staff to help establish a collaborative learning community for further exploration of AI in education.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
