Are you receiving a message similar to this one?

If you follow the link in your email to approve the agreement, but then see a message saying your user account does not exist in the tenant and cannot access the application<\/span>, you are likely not logged into your CUNY Microsoft Office 365 account. Please take the following steps:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open\u00a0a different internet browser or\u00a0private\/incognito\u00a0window.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to CUNY\u2019s Office 365 login page using this link:\u00a0
      https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com\/?whr=login.cuny.edu<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Username: Firstname.Lastname00@login.cuny.edu<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0
        Make sure you use your CUNY Login (NOT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS). It is\u00a0FirstName.LastName00 (last two digits of your\u00a0CUNYfirst\u00a0ID),\u00a0then @login.cuny.edu (instead of spsmail.cuny.edu). It is the same account\u00a0and password\u00a0you use to log into\u00a0Brightspace,\u00a0Blackboard\u00a0and\u00a0CUNYfirst. You may want to\u00a0type in the\u00a0information\u00a0in case\u00a0you have saved passwords on your computer.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Need help locating the student\u2019s EmplID? It is an 8-digit number that is the same as the Brightspace ID. This can be found in Tools> Classlist (see the column Org Defined ID), or in Tools> Class Progress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
