Explore what Brightspace looks like and orient yourself to the platform.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting Started:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Logging In:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter your CUNYfirst credentials (<a href=\"mailto:John.Doe##@login.cuny.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John.Doe##@login.cuny.edu<\/a>)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will land on the Brightspace Homepage.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Troubleshooting:<\/em><em> If you encounter any issues logging in, look for a Forgot Password or Forgot Username option on the CUNY Login page. You will then be guided through the process of resetting your password or solving other login issues.<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Locating Courses:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find your courses easily within Brightspace.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Option 1: On the Homepage, you\u2019ll see the My Courses widget. Logging Out:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure you know how to log out of Brightspace securely.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on your username in the Minibar at the top right of the window, and a dropdown menu will appear.
