Follow these steps to set up and utilize the single profile widget effectively:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Type in &#8220;MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR&#8221; or similar.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Display Name: <\/span>Click on the text field under &#8220;Display Name&#8221; where it reads &#8220;User Name&#8221;. Delete this text and replace it with your name.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Avatar: <\/span>To upload an avatar, click on the icon that resembles a camera or picture in the avatar box. Follow the prompts to upload an image of yourself to your computer or device.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u201cAbout Me\u201d Section: <\/span>Click on the text box titled &#8220;About Me&#8221; and type in \u201cContact Information\u201d.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Large Text Box: <\/span>Click inside the large text box under your name and fill it with the information to share with your students, such as your email, contact information, office hours, and any other important details you want them to know.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Social Media Links: <\/span>If you wish to include your Facebook or Twitter (X) link, click on the corresponding text field under &#8220;Facebook&#8221; and \u201cX\u201d and type your profile URLs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After making all your changes, be sure to click the &#8220;Save&#8221; button to apply the updates to your profile. If you decide not to make any changes, you can click &#8220;Cancel&#8221; to exit without saving.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Recommended browsers include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Chrome&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Microsoft Edge&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safari&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adjust Firefox Settings (Optional)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer to use Firefox, you can adjust the browser settings by turning off enhanced tracking protection to resolve the issue:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Firefox and navigate to the Brightspace site where you upload your profile picture.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the shield icon located at the left of the address bar.
