Welcome to the Wellness Hub by BreatheSleepPlay, where we support you in making your wellbeing fun, seamless, and a top priority. Wellness is our birthright and already lives within each of us although we can become disconnected from our wellbeing. Fortunately, we are all born knowing exactly how to Breathe, Sleep (Rest/Dream) and Play! At BreatheSleepPlay we give humans the tools to access and return to their wellbeing skilfully, immediately, with joy and confidence.
BreatheSleepPlay was founded by CUNY SPS alumna, Dionne Toussaint, to help humans remember and return to their well-being. Dionne aspires to help humans find new ways to manage the stresses of daily life and discover greater well-being.
As the founder of BreatheSleepPlay, an organization on a mission to help lead the way to a healthier world, Dionne has been continuously invited by the Office of Student Life to bring her organization’s dynamic wellness offerings to our CUNY SPS community. These sessions aim to foster individual well-being as well as build connection and community.
Dionne is a trained and certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through The Awareness Training Institute and The Greater Good Science Center.
She looks forward to meeting you and continue and growing the support for this kind of wellness programing at CUNY SPS.
