2026-27 Student Government Information Session
CUNY SPS: Level up your leadership!
We’re looking for the next round of student leaders for the 2026-27 Student Association & Governing Council. Whether you’re into advocacy or want hands-on experience in event programming, now is your chance to run. This session will introduce you to the difference between the Governing Council and the Student Association, the student roles and responsibilities, and provide an overview of the election process. Elections take place from Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17.

In order to serve, you must be a degree or certificate candidate in CUNY SPS, with plans to enroll in the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters and currently be in good academic standing.
