General Education’s Profile

The CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) Office of Academic Affairs oversees all of the School’s degree and certificate programs, as well as the undergraduate general education program and academic resources for students including the first year experience, online undergraduate orientation, open educational resources, tutoring, and experiential learning (including Credit for Prior Learning). Faculty resources, faculty development, and a number of academic partnerships and other academic operations also fall under the purview of the Office of Academic Affairs.
