In this gentle, introductory mindfulness session, you’ll be guided through a chocolate (or fruit) meditation that invites you to fully experience taste, smell, texture, and presence. Together, we’ll explore how often we move through life on autopilot and how pausing can reveal the richness we usually miss. Please bring a small piece of chocolate or fruit to participate.
