The Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Collaborative at CUNY SPS is a monthly series offered for faculty and staff to learn about accessibility and Universal Design in Learning (UDL) principles, share implementation ideas and challenges, and learn about best practices.
CUNY-wide UDL Collaborative
For context, our Community of Practice is part of the broader UDL Collaborative, an initiative created by the CUNY Office of Student Inclusion to foster accessibility and active learning across all CUNY campuses. To support this effort, the CUNY Innovative Teaching Academy is offering a year-long asynchronous training course on UDL guidelines!

Where reflection meets action!
The Social Impact & Activism Club is a student-led community dedicated to driving awareness, advocacy, and change across CUNY and beyond. We create a space for students to explore critical issues from disability and youth rights to housing justice, environmental sustainability, mental health, and civic engagement. While developing the leadership and advocacy skills needed to create meaningful impact.
Our mission is to empower students to become changemakers by combining education, creativity, and community organizing. Whether through workshops, speaker events, art exhibits, or debates, we use collective voices to challenge inequities and inspire progress.
