The Kiosk is an independent student-run newspaper at CUNY SPS. Here we highlight student hosted and SPS events that highlight our vibrant community. We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Intern who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and grow with us.
Content
- Create, contribute and execute branded content and strategy
- Run and engage on our social channels (Instagram, Spotify and possibly new channels)
- Build relationships with students from SPS, for collaborations and co-marketing opportunities
Admin Support
- Maintain content calendars, track campaign engagement and website
- Take notes during meetings and keep internal documents updated and accessible
- Jump in to assist the team wherever needed—collaboration is key!
Nice to Have’s
- Familiar with Canva, Instagram, and Google Suite
- Prior experience in managing a social media account

Time Commitment
- 4 hours/week, Monday-Friday from October to December
