In this interactive, data‑driven workshop, you’ll dig into ten years of public payroll records (2014–2024) to reveal how compensation shifts across agencies, roles, and boroughs. Using real NYC Open Data and Python, you’ll learn how to clean messy civic datasets, spot overtime patterns, measure pay equity, and visualize long‑term budget trend

- This workshop invites participants to help build a charity anthology that preserves the stories, struggles, and strength of multi‑marginalized immigrant communities. We’ll explore the cultural and political impacts of ICE raids, deportations, and systemic exclusion—while centering creators whose voices are too often pushed aside. Using frameworks like pluralism and Social Role Valorization Theory, we’ll support contributors in transforming lived experience into narratives of resistance, kinship, and radical hope.

- We’re looking for the next round of student leaders for the 2026-27 Student Association & Governing Council. Whether you’re into advocacy or want hands-on experience in event programming, now is your chance to run. This session will introduce you to the difference between the Governing Council and the Student Association, the student roles and responsibilities, and provide an overview of the election process. Elections take place from Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17.
